I enter US four times this year by using AP, same airport, but different experience. 1st, 2nd and 3rd entry was sent to secondary check. But the 4th entry, the CBP said it's unnecessary for secondary check and fill new I-94 because previous officers are new guys, don't know the rule. I thought...
I was laid off unfortunately on 1/16, and then came with a soft LUD on 2/3 which I just know today. My lawyer said he did nothing about it. Does my previous employer report to CIS? I'm current struggling with job hunting. Any comments?

Is driver's license OK when going to FP? I may not have passport in hand. Because I have to mail current passport to get new one. The process time is 4 months. I believe I'll get FP notice soon. Many thanks!

I'm going to file AOS with EAD and AP this month to NSC, but I have TN extension in pending in CSC which was filed in April. My current TN expires 7/13/07, and I believe I can't get EAD before...
I'm a Chinese citizen while I apply for H1B, now I become a Canadian. Need I inform USCIS for this change? My lawyer said no. But I contact a few airports' CIS, some say must update, some say no needed, just bring both passports and notice to back US. Confused???

This is my first TN renewal. I submit renewal application to VSC last Tuesday, and I checked they received last Friday, anyone did renewal recently? How fast? My TN expires 7/14. Thanks.
