Got my Hard Copy My Employer got my hard copy on Friday. The date on it is March 1st The online status changed on March 6th.

No paper Work Yet My case is certified on the 6th of march. I haven't received any paper work as of yet. I know its too early to get the papers. I hope there isnt a long wait here.......:(

Labor Certified My labor got approved according to the Public Disclosure System as of this morning. My details are included in my signature. I thank all the guys in this forum for their support.

Type changed back to RIR I checked the status of my case this afternoon and the processing type has changed to RIR. Still InProcess.

The rate at which they are sending the 45D letters looks like all they are doing is sending 45d letters. My employer said they are still waiting on 45d letters for lot of cases filed in the early 2004 and late 2003. We might have to wait in the lane behind these earlier cases(the so called FIFO)...

Thanks for your response. I just heard back from my company this morning that they received the 45D letter from Dallas BEC :) . It was such a relief after almost waiting for more than one and half years without any correspondence. Lets see how long they will take to clear the labor My Case...

No response either from the DOL or DBEC My company filed my labor from IL in November 2004. I did not get any response either from the DOL or DBEC ever since. I am not sure if they even got my application in the first case. My lawyer said that the labor department did not send the screen shot...
