Birth Certificate Unavailable / Affidavit for I-485
Birth Certificate question for 485 processing My Birth certificate doesn't have my name on it. Also, the place of birth has the street address in it. I have heard that it is possible to have a birth certificate issued by Indian embassy in the US. Would this BC suffice for 485 processing? Would...- raj54

H1-B /LC/I-140 and company change question
Hi, I have an approved Labor(EB3) and a pending I-140 which was filed on Feb22nd, 2006 (I believe Jan'08 2006 is the current date being processed for I-140. So, iI hope to see mine approved by end June'06). Iam currently on my 7th year H1-B Visa (extension) which expires on Dec 22, 2006...- raj54
