    H1 B Visa Revalidation Time Limit

    Yeah..so its not recommended but no harm in going right? First H1 started at Dec 2003 - Dec 2006. (Got visa stamping until dec 2006) Switched company in May 2005 so new H1 from May 2005 to May 2008. Since visa expires in dec 2006 I am planning to revalidate in Aug 2006. Thanks

    Thanks for your reply. I was told by my friend that Consulate might ask that why am i changing visa to my present employer if I have the visa already for ample time so thought to check over here. anyone got it re-stamped 6 months ahead of time?

    Hi: I have H1 Visa Stamp on my Passport (prev employer) until nov 2006. I am planning on getting Visa validated on my present employer H1B prior to nov 2006 when the old stamping expires. Is there any time limit that I can't get the new employer H1 B revalidated before the old one expires...
