I also called yesterday and had no luck with IO, but today she was just too nice and friendly and answered all my question, so don't give up...keep trying :-) I know...it's a pain...but what to do.....that's the only fast way to get at least some few information..(sometimes)

zinchak, you should actually receive your FP appointment not later than two weeks. Thats what they told me when I called the TSC and spoke to IO. They will send one copy to you and one to your Lawyer....so no need to wait for 60 days....you better call them again, if you didn't receive...

Hi all... i have question regarding greencard process. Is it actually true that u need to apply for labour before the the 5th year. I mean should you atleast have 365 days a valid H!B before applying. Pls help.... manzu
