Thank u so much for ur response. But i was worried if the finance agency would contact the Visa office(US) and lodge a complaint. Will that in anyway affect the process.- nish4lex

Can debts in home country affect the immigration process in US? I came to US on a K-1 visa and married my fiance(US citizen). My spouse has applied for the adjustment of status. Will it affect the process if i have an unclosed debt back home.?- nish4lex
