    It seems like there is a delay in the production of cards. I got approved on Feb 24 2009, but I have not received the card.

    approved I had a lot of evidence to prove that the marriage was real. I think that is what helped me. I also added a letter explaining the circumstances that led to divorce. I loved my husband but he cheated on me on several instances and other issues.

    What pisses me off even more is the fact that you can get the RFE even with a lawyer. A lawyer is no guarantee that you will get the green card faster. Moreover even at the interview, all a lawyer does is hold the folder with the evidence for you. He doesn't help at all.

    Help using ACCO Fasteners for Form I-751?

    It is ok to use Acco fasteners for mailing I-751? On the USCIS website, there are areas where it says to use them and others not to use them. Did anyone use Acco fasteners when they mailed the I-751 packet. I am about to send mine and going through all the details on the USCIS website.
