I got LUDs on approved 140 and 485s (mine and wife's) today.

Another wave of 140 Approval Just found a lots of NIW 140 filed in last Septemper got approvals. Most of them got LUD on June 24. This could explain why many 140 (including already approved 140) got LUD on June 24; maybe a batch scaning caused this LUD. Seems USCIS is free from 485 processing...

No rush, prepare well. There r a lot of thing to wait: name check, backgound check, RFE, ...

Yes, they began to touch our 485 cases after 140 approval but PD is not current (maybe it's coming in next VB, crossing fingers). The RFE is on our legal status before H1B, we responded with our I20s, EAD, 797, transcripts.

I got emails which state "..On June 5, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. ..", LUD changed to 6/5/2006

I got 140 approval emails on 5/22 and both my employer and lawyer got approval notice on 5/30. Also, I got LUD change after 140 approval too; don't worry.
