This is how i understand it:
The FPGEE is an exam for foreign pharmacy graduates. you have to take it to be able to practice pharmacy in the US but as an intern first.
after a number of hours (i'm not so sure), you can then apply for NAPLEX and when passed, you get to be a registered...
i have the latest edition of shargel's book and it's not green...but it is a good book for review coz it's what they recommend here in my country for FPGEE applicants. manon shrof is the #2 book they recommend. i have both and i really can't decide yet which one's better as i haven't done...
