I called NSC IIO last week (Sep 12, 02) and she told me that they sent a RFE on my case on Sep 10, 02. Generally what the approximate time for that RFE letter to be sent to my attorney. Just wanted to know when can i expect the letter. Thanks

Thanks TSRAJAR for info I sent a mail to Chennai Consulate regarding my I140 and they replied back (pretty quickly) to me saying that INS-NSC requested my I140 papers and they transferred it to them. Also will be calling NSC.
