H1B Transfer upgrading from Normal to Premium Processing
If I have not received receipt, can I file the same transfer petition again under Premium Process? I know I would have to pay for the filing fee again, but is there any issue in filing the same petition again? Thanks!- BLUEFLASH

URGENT!!! Out of Status + H-1B transfer Premium Process
The attorney filed my H-1B transfer under Standard Process instead of Premium Process as I asked for and paid for.
