Hi talktome, In my case the audit was requested in December and we replied in January. We have not been asked any document other than submission of signatures. Last month I asked my employer to email DOL inquiring about my case. We did not get any reply but my case approved. I'm not sure...

Got CERTIFIED After 8 months my PERM application is CERTIFIED today. It looks like audit cases started moving!!! Hope to hear good news from others too!

Congratulations!!! After reading your message I thought lets check the status of my case and guess what I GOT CERTIFIED too after 8 months. In my case audit request was made in December 2005. So hope is there for everyone. Cheer up!!!

Still waiting Applied on 9/26/2005 in Chicago center. Audit responded on 12/13/2005. Waiting since then.... Ah!!!! This very frustrating...

My case was applied in September 19, 2005 at Chicago Center and it went to audit in December. Since then its status is "In Process". What options I have other than just waiting?
