I have submitted my 485 a month back so for I have not received receipt number. Any idea guys how much it takes to get the receipt number? I asked my attorney many times, but they are saying not yet received. I don't have any way check my 485 really applied :(

I got the same email but I got another apporval email after 6-7 hours... I repeat after 6-7 hours. May be you too will get approval email soon.... Good luck.

I am EB2 and my PD is 02/2003 and my 485 is not in pending. I have to apply 485 once my PD is current, expecting in next month's VB. Once again my info. PD 02/2003 I-140 RD 10/17/2005 ND 10/24/2005 AD 04/14/2006. I-485: Waiting for PD to be current. CA - EB2.
