I-94 expiration actually you do have a grace period of 30days from date of i-94 expiration before you are considered to have overstayed!

GaramChai2go, it might take up to 90 days they say but it depends on processing times on I-94 extensions currently. They will send you an acknoledgement receipt with processing time. I guess that might give you a rough idea...on how to handle your ticket. Good Luck though! :)

I-94 You do not need to send the original. I did mine online and they just asked for the number online. My I-94 fell in water and a replace ment would have cost me money and that's why i did it online. It was mutilated but luckily, the number was still visible and I did not have to send it...
