Thank you! Yes, it is indeed very confusing as the required documents (original) are different!! The fees are different as well with the CGI website quoting $25 and Travis, $28 (consular fees alone)! This is ridiculous!

Dates of interview and/oath
Since I am travelling abroad, I tried to prepone the date of the interview OR have the oath administered on the day of the interview but the Jacksonville DO (Infopass appointment) said it simply could not do either as they are very busy. I may check again with them...

How did the interview go? Did they give you any idea of the date of oath or the frequency per month? How long would it take for the letter to come? Did they tell you anything about name check having been completed? Thanks.
Thanks. No, there is no such schedule online. If the trip abroad is for personal reasons, and not for business purposes (when it could possibly not be rescheduled), would that negatively impact a request for rescheduling the INS appointment? I guess there is no certainty about these things...
