I am a derivative applicant on my wife's employment based I-485. Her case was approved long back and received the GC. What will be the effect of PD in derivative applicants case? Do they check if the PD is current before approval? or it does not matter since primary was already approved?

I got the 4th EAD today. But the validity date starts from 07/31/07..My third EAD is valid till DEC 9th 2007. So basically I lost 4 months.., the new EAD validity should have been DEC 10th 2007.Have to apply for the renewal again after 6 months...What a waste. Are they just considering this EAD...

I was trying to get a infopass apmt to meet with the IO to discuss the 485, but that option have been removed...now you can meet with the IO only if the SR is pending for more than 45 days.. Any body had any luck getting the info pass appointment??
