    WRONG DATES ?? Even I have seen in lots of postings that RD/ND/PD/AD dates people mention are either on Saturday or Sunday. I don\'t know how it happens or posted dates are wrong ??

    Does AVM change to "Case Assigned to Officer" or "FP results received and processing resumed" is final message before approval or RFE ?

    PD missing on 485 receipts ?

    DON\'T WORRY GUYS !! Don\'t worry friends. I talked to my lawyer, he said it\'s normal not to have PD on I485 receipt. INS verifies PD from LC (Labor Clearance).

    PD is Priority Date !! This is next to Receipt Date Column. On my I485 it\'s empty.

    It\'s June RD !! RD is 06/13/01. I saw a EB2/INDIA case of RD 06/15/01 got approved. So I guess this approval is genuine.

    June Filer Info My Info RD 06/21 ND 08/13 FP 12/11 AVM: FP result received on 11th January and processing resumed. BTW Priority date is empty on my I485 receipt. Is this a problem ?

    how many pay stubs ?? How many months pay stubs one need ? Last one/two/three months ? Do they ask employment letter or paystubs during interview ? I have heard now there is nothing like interview during stamping ?

    When do we get RFE ? When do we get RFE ? If RD is 06/01/01 then one shouldn\'t get RFE before they open the application. I think current VSC processing speed, not before two months. Am I correct ?

    I485 issue I have a questions .. if someone gets laid off 180 days after applying for I485 (with the new rule that you can change your employer after 180 days) ..how much time one has to find a new job ??
