Yes, LUD was in Nov 2005. I wonder if they are processing by RD or ND? My ND is a couple of months after the RD (11/05) because they mailed a duplicate notice.- dmpa

No info on I-140 from CSC Hi I had concurrently filed my I-140 and I-485 at CSC under EB2-RIR, with a RD of Sep 1, 2005. So far I have not heard anything on my I-140 even though CSC is now processing cases filed on Sep 15, 2005. Online status check shows this as pending. Are there other...- dmpa
