Hi I just mailed my I-485 forms on JAN 18, 2002.Can anyone please tell me how long it takes to get the RD/ND. Also can you please tell me whether the RD/ND is sent to the person or the lawyer. Please also let me know, if i can use the I-140 Tracking Eac # for I-485 status updates. Thanks

EAD/AP/FP If you don\'t apply your EAD/AP along with I-485 , as soon as you get your RD date on your I-485, you can go to your local ins office along with your I-765 form along with your RD along with the AP form. Thanks Roger binny
