Ks over 18 at the time of marriage
I came to the Us on a K1 and my son on a K2. He was over 18 at that time. I got married and filed for AOS for both of us on 2/1/2008. Now USCIS sent a letter saying they need 90 days more to research his case. I am afraid he will age out in March 2009! Did anyone go from K2 to Green Card over...- chandanar
