check these guys on trackitt.com GC4dummies positivenews PreJul07Filer these guys mailed applications in sep 2005 and got approved on 16th and 18th of August 2008. All these guys had RFE.

If they have to approve based on RD, why there are no approvals for earlier RDs? As per trackitt.com, there are about 40-50 cases whose RDs are 2005 and none of them have recieved approvals. I am one among them.
