Gunt, Wow thanks for that post when I saw it I had 8 days untill my interview, I faxed the forms to the Saskatoon Police (thats were I lived) including a form giving them permisson to release the Police check to my friend, They did so within 6 hrs of them receiving my fax, My friend then couried...

March 7 Update and dates still have not moved forward, I asked my lawyer and he just said I do not know. Strange with the so called shortage of nurses in CA how the dates have just stopped, There must be a logical reason ???

Hello I applied for my I-140 in September 05, I have noticed the I-140 Processing dates for nurses has not moved forward in the last three three mths and appears stuck on June 16 05. Does any one know why this is ???? Thankyou in advance
