I-485 Interview - Need help please.
Currently, I am on 3 years H1B Extension, which is valid until 2011. Four years ago I was arrested and accused of aggravated assult. (3 aggravated charges were filed as per the police report). For which I was NOT plead guilty, and permitted into pre-trial intervention (PTI) for one year...- redhat9

H1B 7th year extension while BEC pending

H1B 7th year extension while BEC pending
No reply from PBEC.. I had sent two e-mails to PBEC, as of now no reply. Even my employer and the company attorny had sent the e-mails, still we haven't yet get the screen shots, it's been almost a month. Please let me know if there is any progress, in your case. Thanks Redhat.- redhat9
