Did you guys receive the Receipt yet? I called the USCIS helpdesk and she told me that my receipt was sent on May 4, 2006. But since my I-140 was filed by my employer, she would only give the receipt number to the employer. Thanks.

Hi, Are there any complications if spouse wants to change from H4 to H1b while I140 is pending and spouse's status is mentioned as H4 on the I-140 form. Thanks for any replies.

Mine is pending from 12/21 ATL EB-2. My H8,H10 are NO. J17-20 are all NA (Not applicable). So I dont think its a big reason for pending a long time.
