My wife who is beneficiary on my approved Eb2 (2007) and will have her maximum h-1 years (total of 6) from 2004-2010. but she had a part time H-1 for 2 years (june 2005-may 2007). Would she be able to get additional H-1 years after her 6 years since 2 of the 6 years were part time.

I was wondering who signs the G-28 form for an Eb1-OR application. Since i am the beneficiary of the EB1 OR and not the petitioner, i am unsure if my lawyer did the right thing. He asked me to sign it while ticking beneficiary box in one of the questions. I hope this is okay? any thoughts?
