Pd Guys i need to know if the PD in the BECS would take precedence over the PDs of 2005 or later in PERM once u go to I-485 stage, meaning Perm cases with later PDs would fall behind in que of the PDs of BECS which would be fair, is this true or otherwise the BEC cases would suffer later...
