I-94 expires while I-485 is pending
My H1-B visa and I-94 are going to expire in February 2002. My company does not want to pay for a new visa, so they got me EAD and AP instead. I know I can work legally with that. Is there a problem that my I-94 is going to expire too? What are the implications of not having I-94? thanks- 2barbie1
