I came to know from my company and two guys got their approval letters this week. Their priority dates were in Dec, 2003 from VA. One EB2 and another EB3.

Your PD is not 11-23-2003? Can you give more details on 45 day letter and first 5 digits of your ETA number. Is your case EB-2 or EB-3 ?
