Prevailing wage date must be ealier than the Ad posting date?
My lawyer is going to sumbit my application. I just found all of the Ads were posted before the prevailing wage determination date. The PW determination date is 4/12/06. The Ad dates are from 3/3/06 to 4/28/06. Will the application be denied for this issue? I have been denied twice last year...
