45 Dl FYI: Just received my 45DL. Don't know when the letter actually arrived, but email from the attorney is from 4/28, and they usually react within a few days. PD: 10/17/2003 Traditional (non-RIR) State: CA Just so you guys know.

I applied from CA about the same time, and I haven't heard anything either. No 45DL or approval notice.

Shagua, Thanks for the info. I had heard that RIR is not possible anymore. What this goes to show is how confusing it all is...

You cannot convert to RIR. RIR is gone. Both RIR and Traditional is now replaced by PERM.

Another Victim My data: Non-RIR SWA case. Filed 10/16/2003. PD 10/17/2003 What's RD? Went into the black box that is the DBEC and never heard a word since. That incluces the 45DL. Thanks, - Henri
