Interviwed and stamped my passport: 1/9/02 Received card: 2/14/02

I and my wife cases were approved on Jan 2002 after interview in San Jose, CA. Today, my wife received an I181 (Welcome Notice) from INS which mentions that she will receive the green card within 3 weeks. Have you heard about this notice before?

I was charged with "disturbing the peace" by my wife 6 years ago before getting my green card. I would like to know whether my application for naturalization will be denied if I apply. Thanks for your response
