H1 B Extension while Pending I-140 Approval
I have filed for I-140 on Nov 1, 2005. My 7th year H1B expires on April 30, 2006. For applying for the extension of my H1, do I have to wait until my 140 is approved? If so, what if the approval is not received before April 30th... Please suggest.- FH759E
