Hi, Does anyone know if I should submit the form I-129F (for K3 visa) along with I-130 when I apply for my spouse or I should wait for some kind of acknowledgment from INS for I-130 and then submit I - 129F. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I am in a situation that within 3 days of getting the Certificate of Citizenship I will have to travel outside of U.S. Does anyone know if I could travel outside just with the Certificate and get back in? Please advise. Thanks.
