Hi, My mother arrived on her visit visa in May 2006. I filed for her I-485 paper a week back. her visit visa ends in November. Does she need to leave or can she stay back since her I-485 papers were filed? She has not gotten the reciept yet. Someone please advise. Thanks- Summer19
