Yes, I have already collected a document from "Superior court of Santa Clara", that states that there are no pending charges and all charges are disposed.
As a back-up, I got DMV report, that there are no pending violations.

Going back to the original question, my wife and I received our notice letters. Mine has two things that my wife's does not:
1. Missing evidence(s), as listed here
2. Important Notice about needing to go for fingerprints
I also suspect the missing evidence has to do with my traffic...
What is specified in the DMV record for each citation?
(Does it mention where, when and outcome?) I had one speeding ticket and one minor accident due to hitting the car infront of me on a rainy day. I also paid the fee by Mail in one case and the other I just went to a court and paid it...

1) After searching the USCIS documents, it is found that the three months waiver is given to those who are going to complete 5 years Permanent Residency period.
