special handlings are jobs like teacher, nurse etc, they are in fast track, not like regular labor.
I saw the database from DOL, some kind of doctors can get labor approved in about 2 weeks, which was from Brigham&women hospital of boston.
If PERM it maybe true. But for the old way, it's the job requirments on the application form. My ads said several openings, they need at least bachelor degrees, some of them required master degree. then in the application form, it said master needed.
got 45dl today, actually it's generated on jun. 26, 2006. arrived Jul 3, then takes serveral days to redirect to company's new address. it only show case number and priority date (they use "Date of Acceptance for Processing"). Even not as many info as screen shot. Anyway the infor in screen shot...
Yeah, sent to H1b7yr this morning and get it back afternoon.
it changes comparing wtih 15 days ago, from T to P and more field got filled. Still "Occupation title" "Occupation code" and "Prevailing wage" missing. I guess it doesn't matter.
"Case Source" changed from "Region" to "State"...
does it mean they just input my data within last 3 days? my Jun 20 screenshot is very empty with T-XXXXX, strongly doubt it? i will keep my finger crossed.
I suspect PBEC can finish data entry before Jun. 30
