I don't know about that. I and my collegue has applied together and he got his 45 day letter six month earlier than me. However, we found out that the first six digits of our ETA case number are similar i.e P-05013-xxxxx EB2/RIR/AL PD: Jan 04 45 day letter: 12/05 ETA Case# P-05013-xxxxx
