Thats where the problem starts. Lot of people have got labor certified already. Looks like the only solution is to start new PERM with proper wordings for the education requirements. But then life starts all over again

We have tons of cases filed for conversion in march2nd and 3rd weeks and so far one EB3 case has been certified. Some more EB3 cases as well as many EB2 cases are there. I have been really micro managing the case status by checking every hour.

I have traditional case filed from CA in 2004 Oct. The job requires BS+5 years of experience. Lawyer told me it was filed in EB2 category. Now someone tells me that unless the job requires MS and accepts BS+5 also, it wont be accepted as Eb2 and it will be treated as EB3. Is it...

I just got a mail from my attorney and they had replied to 45day letter today.
I dont know what to expect now..But i am thinking of filing a new application under PERM with a slightly different job description. Any suggestions?
