NY applicants 2 guys with pd jan'03 and 1 guy with pd feb'03 received approval from my company.

Our HR called me just now... They received 3 approvals... Funny thing is this: Our company had 4 pending applications in PBEC. All with similar PDs, see my signature... 3 are late Jan'03, one is early Feb'03, all from NY EB3. Besides MINE others are approved. But those others are no longer...

still waiting....

I think they concentrated on the 45-day letter deadline which is the end of this month... That is why we see less approvalss.. Lets see what happens in July...

yeah that is exactly right... we have been waiting for yearss... actually when i heard about retro i was happy... I am also thinking that it is a way of applying justice and done in purpose...

What a logic is that!?!.. You say in 16months 10% got approved, and expect that in 18months 90% will be approved... My lawyer hasn't received 60% of the 45-day letters yet... :rolleyes:

When I saw that I laughed like crazy, of course swore a lot too... They are making fun of us... If they are done w/ 45day letters until that time I will be suprised...

Forget about eliminating backlog, they can't keep their word for 45day letters. It is almost march, only 3 months is left until june. My PD is Jan'03 I haven't received that stupid letter. So do many people... With this speed it will take at least another 1.5 yrs to send all the 45day letters...

does anyone believe that they will finish all 45-day letters until June 2006!!! can't u see that it is soooo imposible... so what can I say about the rumor you have written below :eek:

I guy from my company with PD 03 Feb 2003 received his 45-day letter in december 2005. Letter dated 06 Dec 2005. However, my PD shall be sometime in Jan 2003, I have not received the stupid letter!!! We are in NY.
