Suggestions anybody ? Received a letter from Dallas BEC saying my case was closed for not responding to the 45 day letter which attorney never receive...am I screwed for good or can I still have hopes for reviving the case and get H1 extended? Attorney dashed off a letter by fedex to the BEC.
