I think now all I-140 application are filed with Nebraska service center. The applications are then moved to other centers. USCIS makes a decision as to what center will process an application.

Certified petition Finally both my employer and the lawyer have received the approval letter. I am sure you will be getting the letter in a couple of days. It appears that it is taking them about 2-3 weeks to mail the paperwork.

An appeal judge has more discretion than a BEC analyst. IF your appeal is properly filed I am sure your case will be approved.

Impossible to predict. Some cases are cleared in a week, some have been waiting for months

There is no quick resolution of your case even if your employer agrees to adjust your salary to the prevailing wages. It still may take months.

In my opinion you are good. Offered wage should be within 95% of the Prevailing wage. Difference in your case is not 5% even if they consider level 2 wage. From your screenshot it appears that they are considering level 1 wage. Wages is not an issue in your case.

I am sorry to hear that. What was the issue in your NOF, in my case it was prevailing wages. I am getting worried now.

Lucky you Congrats, most NOF rebuttal cases are taking months before PBEC is making final decision.
