Depending on your situation! For me, I don't have enough time to wait. Don't worry about it. I believe your case will be re-open finally. I didn't see anyone failed re-open in this forum. If your attorney or HR officer would like to help you call PBEC on this issue, that would help a lot.

As I know, T mean 45-day letter has not been sent to you yet. After PBEC entered your data to system, you get your P or D case number and 45 day letter.

Thank you so much for your encouragement. Not sure what kind mail the PBEC send out. Some one told me that is First-Class mail, not certified mail. In that case, if this 45DL lost on its way delivery to us, what will be? I do receive other's mail in my letterbox.
