    yes i guess ur h-4 time will add on to ur h-1 now.since u filed for lc u can get extentions.but if u leave this job u may have to file fresh lc and it should be atleast 365 days pending. me too similarly spent 3 yrs on h-4,now on h-1 past 2yrs of residency.i can complete my residency but left...

    hi, i am img doing redisency.my h-1 expires july 2006.iam in 3rd year internal med residency.my 6 yr period ends in 2006.havent applied for g.c.how do i go about?work under niw?
