i request you to visit discussion "pending discussion again (IMPORTANT)" there are lot of discussion for NVC. Use your I-140 EAC# for getting info. at NVC. AVM always says P3 sent to lawyer/attorney/individual. To know exact status of the file talk to rep. at NVC.

just walk-in with your I-485 receipt, $100 Money order, Passport/Driving Licence and application for 90 days wait is not required at all. I have taken within 10 days last year and renewed just yesterday. NO PROBLEM. It is very easy.
