Hi All, I have a confusion regarding when can I apply for citizenship. I got my GC in 2002 Nov. I went to India after 13 months in Dec 2003 (applied re-entry permit citing personal reasons) I came back in April 2005. When can I apply for citizenship. Thanks Chapu

The date in lates processing times CSC has jumped to Jan 01 2005 Does that means GC holders can apply for their spouse and get her GC in a year or so. What are the possiblities. Was there some ruling which I just missed of it is just another fluke and they will stop working on these cases...
