Hi Dear Gurus, please answer.. I have valid H-1 for this employer until 2008. I am going to apply I-129 (new H-1) for Change in Previously Approved employment (under same Employer). Babysitting work while on EAD
Hi all, can my wife start babysitting work in our home with EAD? Is it considered as home-based self business or something? She will probably make very small income out of this and I will report this in my tax return. Is there anything else we need to do? Please comment..thanks- jamesmehta
