More LUDs I was thinking 3/21 LUD is for the inquiry. I got more LUDs on 3/23 and 3/24. I don't think TSC works on Saturday, so this is system generated. I am wondering what might be the reason for these LUDs? :confused: Did anyone else get LUD on Saturday?

I am also past their processing dates and stuck in name check. My friend in FBI gave me advice to wait for 1 year past processing dates.

Don't file online Even if you file online, you still have to mail documents to them. Sometime they are not able to match the documents and will issue RFEs. I know two people had the same problem. On the other hand, I filed my EAD myself through mail and got it approved without any issue...

I don't see any problem I filed initial EAD myself. You just fill the form I-765 and send it to service center. I got approval already and hoping to get card this week.

Based on my research in various threads: to build a strong WoM case, you should wait for at least 1 year after filing 485. But once 6 months are over, start working on collecting all information and proofs e.g. congressmen letters, senator letters, FOIPA etc.

Indeed...LUDs work! After two successive LUDs, my wife's tavel document (131) is approved today. I am the primary applicant, but TSC did not touch my I-131 case. Is that normal?

LUD on AP My Wife AP got LUD yesterday (7/31) and today (8/1)..but no approval. My AP LUD did not change at all and is still showing 7/8/2006. Any idea what is this about?
