Hello, I am new to this forum. I have a simpale question. We got our 45 day letter in september this year and our attorny already responded to it. Does anyone have idea how much time will they take for labor certification after receiving response to 45 day letter?

I would like to know which year's green card applications (I-485)are being processed right now. My labor certification has not arrived yet. My priority date is may 2003(date when labor certification application was filed). Will my priority date be the same when I apply for the green card?
