DUI/H1b STAMPING ISSUE
Hi, I need help!! i had a ARREST for DUI 2 weeks back. I still have not been convicted and it may take time before i get convicted. I wanted to know that if i could go to canada to get my H1 stamped before conviction ... what do you advice? Bigmistake- bigmistake
