Wait Period before applying for H1B after 6 yrs
Hi I have completed 6 Years on H1B. Right now I am in USA on L1 visa. My L1 Visa will be expiring in May 2006. I am planning to go back to India in Dec-2005. I want to come back to USA again on H1B. How many months do I need to wait in India before I can apply another H1B? Does wait period...- kevin2dance
